I am old enough to realize that when I recognize I am in a bad mood, it has far been apparent to everyone else around me for some time. So I admit it. Lately, I have been in a very bad mood. The questions is now that I realize it how do I correct it? Breath in and out, all I have to do is inhale.. exhale. Close my eyes, look the other way and pretend I did not see or hear the kids fighting and just inhale and exhale. That is all I came up with so far.
